How to find your vendors when creating an event

This isn't going to be very long because it shouldn't need to be. Every event is different and every event requires very different vendors. The best place to start to do your research is Google! Do a Google search for vendors you are looking for and go from there. This is a great way to see local vendors in your area.

The second best place to find them is FACEBOOK. That silly thing that we all find we spend a bunch of time on! Search for business pages that way and message them directly from Facebook. A lot of businesses really use their Facebook page because it's more "live" so you'll likely get a real person when reaching out to a business.

The third best place is Instagram. If you are not on this platform, you need to be. I won't promise you'll find business there, but you will find a great array of businesses and vendors in your area. And you can reach out to them in Instagram message.

And truthfully, your best approach (once you find the vendors you love) is to research their previous works and connect with them that way. If you are looking for a floral designer, research his work and find a piece you love to connect over. It truly goes a long way!
