There are many people that need events planned but don't know where to start. It's much easier to trust your event to someone who has successfully planned events before. You might ask- what events can be planned? There are the obvious events- bridal showers, baby showers, weddings, birthdays. What else can you plan? The answer to that is- anything that requires coordination!

The key to making sure your event is executed correctly really relies on a few things. These are questions that you need to answer before you hire an event planner.

These questions are:

What date?

What time/how long?

How many people?

What is my overall goal/objective to the event?

Event planners who have experience can suggest ideas that correlate to your overall vision. No need to have all the details at your first meeting- an event planner will be able to help you navigate through all the things that need done in order to execute that event properly!

I hope this helps a little bit- when I first started planning events, I thought I had to have all the answers. You don't!
